   Even though its free it comes loaded with features. MediBang Paint includes everything you need to illustrate or make comics.

Portability Notes

• MediBang Paint Pro do not have portable mode. It stores data in Windows data folders while running.
• Make sure it exits cleanly before plugging out your thumbdrive.
• You can help by sending request to the official developer to add "portable mode" to their future release.
